End User License Agreement

Runyon's Fine Furniture Internal Operations Platform

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). This application is the exclusive property of Runyon's Fine Furniture and is intended solely for use by authorized internal staff members.

2. Authorized Use

This application is strictly limited to internal business operations of Runyon's Fine Furniture. Access is granted only to current employees and authorized personnel. Sharing access credentials or granting access to unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

3. Scope of License

Runyon's Fine Furniture grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this application solely for internal business purposes. This license does not permit:

  • Redistribution or resale of the application or its data
  • Reverse engineering or modification of the application
  • Use of the application for any purpose outside of Runyon's Fine Furniture business operations
  • Exporting or sharing proprietary business data with unauthorized third parties
4. Third-Party Integrations

This application integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Shopify, QuickBooks, and Intuit. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those providers. Runyon's Fine Furniture is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

5. Data and Confidentiality

All data accessed through this application, including customer information, order data, and financial records, is confidential and proprietary to Runyon's Fine Furniture. You agree to:

  • Keep all data confidential and not disclose it to unauthorized parties
  • Use data only as necessary to perform your job responsibilities
  • Report any suspected data breach or unauthorized access immediately to management
6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this application are owned by Runyon's Fine Furniture and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Runyon's Fine Furniture makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of this application.

8. Limitation of Liability

Runyon's Fine Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this application.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically upon the end of your employment or authorization with Runyon's Fine Furniture, or if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
